Refund policy

Return & Refund policy:

House of Indah’s 7-day return and refund policy gives you an option to return items purchased from the House of Indah website/social media for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Please note: We are a new made-to-order brand carving our space in a competitive market. We currently do not offer cancellations or exchanges on any order.

We only provide refund for orders with genuine issues  such as damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

To request a return & refund, you can email us at houseofindah@gmail.com or submit a return request through our website.

We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refund will be issued via the same payment method used during the original purchase, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement. Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned  goods for the refund to reflect in your account.

Conditions for return:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your House of Indah account.
  • Please check the items, type of return and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you.
  • In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
  • If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return process, we will not process the return,

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You can return products purchased from House of Indah within 7 days of receiving the product. Please follow these steps -

  • Click on 'Return’ under the “My Orders” section of the House of Indah Website/Social Media account and follow the instructions. Please make a note of the Return ID that is generated at the end of the process.
  • We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 - 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
  • If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the following address – Gomti Nagar, Lucknow- 226010.

We request you to share the courier details with us on  houseofindah@gmail.com on . An y product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return request will not be considered.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

Why did the pick-up of my product fail?

We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.

What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from House of Indah?

For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on 'Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of the House of Indah Website and  follow the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following–

  • You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
  • Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
  • You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
  • In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us on houseofindah@gmail.com. We will then investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.
  • Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
